Our Director, Daniel Pallaras, commenced his legal practice at the Australian Securities and Investments Commission, where he reviewed IPO and secondary offer prospectuses, product disclosure statements, bidder’s statements and target statements, and identified regulatory issues to take enforcement action. Daniel also trained ASIC’s national Corporations team on how to review prospectuses.

Daniel assisted draft ASIC’s regulatory guidance on prospectuses. With his team Daniel was awarded an Australia Day Achievement Medallion, “reserved for the highest level of recognition”, and awarded “to recognise the significant contribution made to the nation by individuals in the public service”.
